Forsk announces that it entered into an agreement with MTS, Russia’s largest mobile operator and a leading provider of media and digital services, to deploy Atoll for network planning in Russia. This deal covers the replacement of the legacy solution with Atoll, adding 5G capabilities, and several modules of the Atoll suite such as the ACP. The new solution will also include some automatic utilities provided by Forsk that will allows MTS to streamline and accelerate its engineering processes.

Forsk works in cooperation with AZymuth Ltd., its long-time partner in the region, that will supply local support and services such as training to provide a close assistance to MTS.

Forsk announces its new Atoll In-Building module, the most recent addition to its Atoll RAN planning and optimisation product offering.

The new Atoll In-Building module allows in-building network design within the Atoll framework, providing operators with unique indoor/outdoor network planning capabilities.

Atoll In-Building includes a comprehensive set of indoor planning features, such as modelling of floor plans and building elements, indoor propagation, equipment installation layouts, and
automatic calculation of bills of materials, that enable operators to streamline the overall indoor/outdoor RAN planning process.

Forsk announces the availability of Naos, its new platform for the automation and integration of wireless network planning and optimisation tasks. Naos is a server-based platform that delivers radio planning and optimisation functions to enterprise applications.

Forsk announces that new OSS interfaces for Huawei and Ericsson systems are now available as options to the Atoll Live module. These new OSS interfaces will provide mobile operators with industry-supported live data integration in Atoll radio planning and optimisation processes.
